Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Build relationships in the community to be a point of contact for group and events.
• Data collection of current and future sales growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for sales growth.
• Maintain client database
• Cold call/ in person sales

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills; Highly self-motivated; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prospecting skills-Meeting sales goals; Closing skills; Territory management; Negotiation; Self-confidence and Product knowledge.
• High school degree or equivalent
• 1 year of Previous experience in sales or management
